The trailer teases a comedic tone, showcasing a dance scene with Mrs. Chen (Peggy Lu) and banter with criminals, as well as a symbiote-horse, which hints at the film’s lighthearted approach. For those who may have missed the Venom saga, the film’s narrative began with “Venom”, where Eddie Brock, a down-on-his-luck reporter, finds himself bonded with the alien symbiote. They team up to take down the villainous CEO of the Life Foundation. The sequel, “Venom: Let There Be Carnage”, introduced a new, more violent symbiote, Carnage, and the two Venom and Eddie fled San Francisco after being branded as fugitives.

The events of Spider-Man: No Way Home sent Eddie and Venom hurtling into the multiverse, where they had a brief encounter with Tom Holland’s Spider-Man. However, they were returned to their own universe, leaving a small piece of the Venom symbiote behind in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. “Venom: The Last Dance” is set to hit theaters on October 25th, 2024, promising an exciting conclusion to Eddie and Venom’s adventures.
