Craig Conover is opening up about his split from Paige DeSorbo, his girlfriend of three years. Following the February 6 episode of Southern Charm, Craig, 35, appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen to share his perspective on the breakup with the Summer House star, 32, revealing that the decision was not “mutual” and “came out of nowhere.”
Paige initially announced in late December 2024 that she and Craig had ended their relationship after three years together. She later clarified that the breakup actually took place over Thanksgiving weekend in late November.

“I didn’t think it was real,” Craig admitted on WWHL, recalling the moment Paige told him she thought they should break up. “We didn’t want different things, she just wanted other people,” he added.
The Charleston, South Carolina, native went on to say, “We were planning our future together… like I was moving to New York.”
When asked whether he agreed with Paige’s statement on her podcast that she didn’t cheat—physically or emotionally—Craig responded, “I don’t want to be involved… I’m the ex-boyfriend now, I’m moving on with my life… I never said you cheated, so I’m not a part of [the online chatter about our breakup].”
Reflecting on their time together, he shared, “I think we had an awesome relationship… I’m where I am today in large part because of her. It is what it is.”
On the January 30 episode of WWHL, Craig’s costar and close friend Austen Kroll claimed that Paige moved on with another man following their breakup.
“I don’t think those are just rumors,” Austen, 37, told host Andy Cohen, 56, when asked about the speculation. “I think the information has been verified, and I think Craig knows as much. He didn’t realize it at first, but yeah—he’s fully come to terms with that now. That’s not just a rumor.”

Paige quickly refuted Austen’s claim in the comments section of a WWHL Instagram post about his remarks, writing, “Ahhh yes, a man I haven’t spoken to in six months knows exactly what I’m doing.”
Celebrity gossip outlet DeuxMoi has reported multiple sightings of DeSorbo with sports executive Joe D’Amelio in the weeks following her December breakup announcement.
According to the outlet, they spent New Year’s Eve together, attended an NFL game in Philadelphia in January, and were seen at DeSorbo’s podcast tour stop in New York City, as well as vacationing together in Miami.
Craig, however, made it clear he’s moving forward. “It’s none of my business what she does anymore,” he said during his WWHL appearance.
On the February 4 episode of her Giggly Squad podcast, the fashion influencer firmly denied ever cheating on Craig.
“I never, in the three years I dated my ex-boyfriend, physically or emotionally cheated on him,” Paige stated. “Can you mentally cheat on someone? I don’t know, but I didn’t.”
Paige also addressed speculation that she had moved on to a new relationship.
“I did not move on with some new guy,” she said. “I am single. I don’t have a new boyfriend. I didn’t cheat on my ex-boyfriend. And it was a full month that we were broken up before I said anything.”

Craig, meanwhile, took over a week to publicly address their split. On January 7, he posted a message to his Instagram Stories, revealing that he was still coming to terms with everything.
“I was very shocked,” he admitted. “Still processing everything.”
“This has all been very, very unexpected, to say the least,” he added. “But I guess I gotta start living again, whatever that looks like. Whatever my new normal looks like—I have to start.”
