Until Dawn Movie Revealed With A New Poster & Character Reveal

Every night brings a new nightmare. Sony Pictures has announced that the official trailer for the Until Dawn movie will debut tomorrow. In anticipation, they’ve unveiled a set of brand-new character posters.

The posters introduce the various monsters lurking in the Until Dawn film, teasing multiple threats that emerge on different nights throughout the story.

Directed by David F. Sandberg (Lights Out, Annabelle: Creation, Shazam!) and written by Gary Dauberman (It, The Nun), Until Dawn is set to hit theaters on April 25, 2025.

Until Dawn Movie Synopsis

“One year after her sister Melanie mysteriously vanished, Clover and her friends venture into the secluded valley where she disappeared, determined to uncover the truth.

Their search leads them to an abandoned visitor center, but soon they find themselves hunted by a masked killer—one by one, they’re gruesomely murdered… only to wake up and realize they’re trapped in a terrifying time loop, reliving the same horrific night.

“Each time the cycle resets, the killer changes, and the new threat is more terrifying than the last.

“With hope fading, the group discovers that they have only a limited number of deaths before the nightmare becomes permanent. Their only chance of survival? Make it until dawn.”

Until Dawn Cast and Production

The upcoming horror film stars Ella Rubin (The Idea of You), Michael Cimino (Never Have I Ever), Ji-young Yoo (Expats), Odessa A’zion (Hulu’s Hellraiser), Peter Stormare (Clown, John Wick: Chapter 2), Maia Mitchell, and Belmont Cameli.

Blair Butler (The Invitation) penned the original draft, while Gary Dauberman (Salem’s Lot) refined the screenplay. The film is described as “an R-rated love letter to the horror genre.”
