Wedding bells are ringing for Jake Paul and Jutta Leerdam! The social media personality and professional boxer, 28, has announced his engagement to Olympic speed skater Jutta Leerdam, 26.
The couple shared the exciting news through a joint Instagram post on Saturday, March 22, featuring photos from the romantic proposal.
The first image in the post captured Paul, dressed in white, down on one knee in front of a picturesque backdrop of water and mountains.
The couple was surrounded by scattered white flower petals, elegant floral arrangements, and glowing white candles, setting the scene for the heartfelt moment.
Leerdam, wearing a matching silk top and a long skirt, appeared visibly stunned, covering her mouth with one hand. In another photo, Paul held up her hand to showcase the engagement ring, a stunning oval diamond encircled by smaller diamonds.

The proposal seemed to take place at sunset, as a golden glow illuminated the couple in one of the images where Leerdam was seen joyfully jumping up and down while Paul extended his hands toward her.
The newly engaged pair also shared a kiss while kneeling together, celebrating the milestone.
A later image in the post showed the couple from behind as they tossed flower petals into the air, taking in the breathtaking scenery.

“We’re engaged, we can’t wait to spend forever together,” Paul captioned the announcement.
Leerdam reshared the photos to her Instagram Stories, adding a playful touch to the moment. One image showed her mid-jump, reposted from Nakisa Bidarian, who wrote, “Find someone that makes you jump for joy.” Leerdam humorously added, “on heels hahahaha.”
On his Instagram, Paul shared a close-up video of Leerdam’s engagement ring sparkling inside its case as he held it to the light.
The final image he posted featured him holding up a bottle of W Antiperspirant Deodorant with the same mountain view from the proposal in the background. “Life’s a W,” he captioned the post.
Paul, who first gained fame as a social media influencer alongside his brother Logan Paul, publicly confirmed his relationship with Leerdam in April 2023 by sharing a photo of them together on Instagram.
“I’m Dutch now,” Paul captioned the post, which included a series of images featuring the couple hand-in-hand.
Since then, they have frequently shared moments from their relationship on social media, openly supporting each other in their respective careers.
“I’m so so proud of you. You have only been doing this sport for 3.5 years and make the biggest fights happen.
You inspire me so much with your work ethic, the way you think big, and your crazy determination,” Leerdam wrote in a heartfelt Instagram tribute to Paul.
