The revelation of Billy’s identity comes as a result of his confrontation with Agatha, who had discovered his true nature. Billy’s use of magic for the first time and the appearance of a silver crown on his head practically confirm his identity.
The storyline surrounding Billy’s existence and connection to Wanda Maximoff’s magic is reminiscent of the comics. According to the comics, Billy was created using Wanda’s magic and was initially absorbed by Mephisto, only to be reincarnated later.
