Ariana Grande brought magic to the red carpet at the 2025 Screen Actors Guild Awards. The Wicked star was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role and made a dazzling entrance in a spellbinding look.
For the occasion, Grande wore a custom light pink Loewe gown. The strapless corset dress featured a floral bodice, with each flower meticulously crafted from feathers, creating a stunning optical illusion cascading down the gown.
As captured in a video shared by Town and Country, the floral details tumbled down the skirt, which trailed into a flowing train behind her.
Grande styled her hair in a signature sleek ponytail and completed the look with radiant Jared Atelier jewels.

For her portrayal of Glinda in Wicked, Grande is nominated alongside Monica Barbaro (A Complete Unknown), Jamie Lee Curtis (The Last Showgirl), Danielle Deadwyler (The Piano Lesson), and Zoe Saldaña (Emilia Pérez).
Her Wicked co-stars, Cynthia Erivo and Jonathan Bailey, also secured individual nominations. The highly anticipated musical film is in contention for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture, as well as Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Motion Picture.
While Grande has been nominated for Supporting Actress at three previous award shows this season, she has yet to secure a win. Zoe Saldaña, who starred in Emilia Pérez, has dominated the category, taking home trophies at the BAFTAs, Critics Choice Awards, and Golden Globes.
Ariana Grande Eyes the Academy Awards
Looking beyond the SAG Awards, Grande is now setting her sights on the Academy Awards on Sunday, March 2. She earned her first-ever Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress in Wicked and expressed her overwhelming gratitude in an emotional Instagram post, writing that she “cannot stop crying, to no one’s surprise.”

In the Oscar race, she faces competition from fellow SAG nominees Barbaro and Saldaña, as well as Felicity Jones (The Brutalist) and Isabella Rossellini (Conclave). Wicked secured a total of 10 Oscar nominations, tying with The Brutalist for the second most nominations this year.
Grande’s Award Season Style Pays Tribute to Glinda
Amid a packed awards season, Grande has continued to channel her Wicked character with ethereal, Glinda-inspired fashion choices.
At the Palm Springs International Film Festival on Jan. 3, she accepted the Rising Star Award from Jennifer Coolidge while wearing a strapless metallic gown inspired by Glinda’s bubble. On Jan. 5, she graced the Golden Globes red carpet in a pale yellow dress—a nod to Glinda’s “favorite color” and the iconic yellow brick road.
She carried the theme through to the BAFTAs on Feb. 16, stepping out in a voluminous pink and black Louis Vuitton gown, reminiscent of Glinda’s signature palette. At the Critics Choice Awards on Feb. 8, she donned a cage dress adorned with floral appliqués and a fringe hem, completing the whimsical look alongside her boyfriend and Wicked co-star, Ethan Slater.
Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater’s Red Carpet Moment
Though Slater and Grande appeared affectionate throughout the Critics Choice Awards, they had a more subdued moment when host Chelsea Handler made a playful remark during her opening monologue.
Commenting on the career paths of child stars like Grande, Miley Cyrus, and Selena Gomez, Handler quipped, “And now, Ariana has even found love with a munchkin! That’s good news, everybody!”
Despite the joke, the couple has been inseparable lately. Slater recently showed his support for Grande’s Oscar nomination by sharing a rare Instagram photo of her gazing out of a balcony window in London, holding a bouquet of pink balloons.
