Andrew Tate Faces New Assault Charges Accused of Choking A Woman

Andrew Tate Accused Of Choking Woman Unconscious During Sexual Assault
Andrew Tate

A woman has accused Andrew Tate of sexual assault, claiming that he choked her without her consent until she lost consciousness during a sexual encounter.

The alleged victim, Bri Stern, reportedly filed a sexual assault report against Tate, alleging that the incident occurred earlier this month during an intimate encounter with the well-known social media influencer.

According to Stern, on March 11, she and Tate were engaged in sexual intercourse in a room at the Beverly Hills Hotel when he allegedly began choking her forcefully. Despite Stern reportedly telling him to stop, Tate allegedly persisted, ultimately causing her to lose consciousness during the act.

Stern later stated that she was only able to document the injuries after Tate fell asleep. She claims to have taken photographs of the marks she sustained during the assault.

Stern also explained that she delayed reporting the incident to the police due to concerns for her safety. She chose to wait until both Andrew and his younger brother, Tristan, left the country for a court hearing in Romania before filing the report.

Stern sought medical attention in New York City and was reportedly diagnosed as “post-concussive” in the days following the incident.

Tate’s legal team has since issued a statement rejecting the allegations, asserting that their client, who gained widespread attention in 2022 due to his and Tristan’s arrest on sex trafficking charges in Romania, is innocent.

“Andrew Tate vehemently rejects this outrageous allegation and will relentlessly pursue legal action against anyone involved in spreading this blatant falsehood,” Tate’s lawyers told.

“Once again, we witness the media recklessly publishing a one-sided narrative, disregarding the most fundamental facts. The photos? Not taken in the Beverly Hills Hotel bathroom. They weren’t even taken at night. No bruising. No evidence whatsoever.”

Tate’s legal team further claims that Stern was a willing participant and became upset when Tate refused to arrange a private flight for her to New York City.

According to Tate’s lawyers, both Andrew and Tristan have been unjustly targeted by the media and have been presumed guilty without being afforded due process.

“The Tates have become the quintessential villains in media fabrication, and while this may create convenient clickbait, it won’t withstand scrutiny in reality — or in a courtroom,” they added.

The Tate brothers rose to prominence in 2021, with Andrew becoming a highly recognized figure on social media due to his controversial views on women, masculinity, the LGBTQ+ community, and other topics.

Despite facing multiple social media bans, the brothers have continued to operate their online network, “The War Room,” which some critics have likened to a multi-level marketing scheme.

Both Andrew and Tristan Tate continue to deny all allegations and maintain their innocence.
