The Hitman franchise is an action-stealth videogame series developed by IO Interactive and published by Eidos Interactive and Square Enix. The game series features the character Agent 47 who is a renowned assassin and possesses lethal stealth. It is an action-stealth videogame where the player will be taking on the role of Agent 47 who is a hitman/assassin and is the protagonist of the game.

Hitman III is an upcoming game of the Hitman franchise from IO Interactive. This is the third and probably the last installment of the title reboot series which was released back in 2016. The game will be launched for Windows, PS4, PS5, Google Stadia, and the Xbox platforms. The game is supposed to be the last chapter of the titular reboot game series released back in 2016. Hitman III is going to release on 20th January 2021 and will be released for all the above-said platforms.

An official trailer for the game was released on 12th June 2020 at the PS5 reveal event. Hitman III will release next year and it will continue from where Hitman II ended. As this is a part of the reboot of the game title hence the game has been redesigned and redeveloped with high-definition 3D graphics and brand new storylines.

The gameplay will be typically the same that the franchise has been serving the gaming community for all these years. The player will be taking on the role of Agent 47 and will be going on assassination missions on both domestic and international destinations. However this game will start from where Hitman II ended i.e., Agent 47 finding out that The Agency was behind the death of Diana Burnwood’s parents and 47’s horrifying past that led to his transformation from a normal, healthy human kid to an emotionless, cold, and lethal assassin. As the story continues in this upcoming installment we’ll see that 47 and Diana Burnwood are now alone as they have known the true face and purpose of The Agency that formerly employed them. They will now have to work together in order to take the agency down by themselves. On the other hand, The Agency has released multiple assassins in search of the two of them hence 47 and Diana would also have to operate in a hideous manner.
